1. Download Windows Live Essentials 2011, here then install it.

2. Open Windows Live Essentials 2011: Start >> All Programs >> Windows Live >> Windows Live Writer 2011. Now, go to Options >> Accounts >> Add, choose WordPress, click Next.

3. Login into your wordpress blog, and go to Dashboard >> Settings >> check XML-RPC (Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC publishing protocols.)

4. Fill in Web address of your blog, User name, Password with your domain name, for example: yourdomain.com, uname, mypassword. Click Next button to setup your blog.
