Is this talent and can get me anywhere?

I have A Blog I made like last year about celebrities and stuff and I haven’t updated since January, but I just want to know in general if my development of the site is called talent (aka, web design, HTML, etc) and if that can get me anywhere for a little business? Like, if I make sites like that for people, if they’d be interested and pay me a little? So is that called talent or is that what anyone can do? I know basic how to work with HTML and have made creative Blogs in the past (with eye-catching widgets and stuff).

Sorry but blogspot is a VERY Simple Blog service. People are more interested in professional looking, creative sites. Others are interested in flashy sites.
