Make Money With an Online Blog
The easiest road to internet riches is to start A Blog. And, if done correctly you too can make money with an online blog. But, you need to do it correctly or else you’ll be wasting valuable hours just writing away. Below I’ve listed my top techniques that have helped me to make lots of money with an online blog as a starting point for success. Here we go . . .
First of all, you want to Start A Blog around your keyword niche. And, you want to include your main keyword(s) like “golf” or “golf course design” or “Learn to golf” in the title of your blog. If you are low on cash and low on skill then I recommend you go to Blogger and open up a free account. If you have a little web knowledge and have a little cash then I recommend you start a blog using WordPress. Either way, putting up a blog is important because the search engines love them. So, as soon as you’re finished with this article start one!
Next is the boring part to making money with an online blog. And, it requires you to write content that matters every day for 30 days. Todd, did you say EVERY DAY? For 30 days? Yep, I sure did and if you’re not willing to put that effort in then you really don’t want it. By the way, the real secret to actually making money online is to do little things, every day, without fail. It’s not the “lottery mentality” that will get you riches. It’s the “workhorse” mentality that will do it every time. Now, back to our blog postings. . .
Whenever you write your article you need to use a formula that I’ve found to be successful. This formula is as follows:
When writing your blog post, put your keyword in the title of the post, the first paragraph of the post, the last paragraph of the post and at least throughout the article in a 2% dispersion. This means that you state your keyword two times out of every 100 written words. Any more than this and it gets difficult to read without it being obvious that you are keyword dropping just to get a good rank. Don’t do that.
Next, after every post you need to “ping” your blog. This means going to one of many of the pinging sites, inputting your blog’s name and address and hitting submit. This will help your Blog To get indexed in the search engines and it will literally tell the world that you exist. This should be done EVERY time you post a new article to your blog. Again, it’s boring but is vital if you want to make money with an online blog.
Now that you have some traffic coming to your website it’s time to make money with your online blog. And, the easiest ways to do this is with Google Adsense or something similar. All you need to do is sign up for a free account, input a little html code on your blog and you are done. The code will trigger adword’s advertisements that relate to your blog’s content. And, whenever a visitor clicks on the advertisement you will make money with your online blog!
Additionally, you need to do a web search and find a good affiliate program to join. This means you get the ability to resell a vendor’s product and receive a commission. This is a quick way to make money with an online blog and you should not only sign up for one affiliate program but look for several. You never know which product will sell best to your audience. By the way, you will make money with your online blog by putting a banner ad on your blog with your affiliate link attached. And, whenever your blog visitors click that ad they will be redirected to the vendor’s site and if they buy, you make money with your online blog passively each day.
Finally, if you really want to make money with an online blog and if you have created good traffic to your blog then you should start a membership program to build residual income. You can charge a monthly fee for your subscribers to receive “insider” tips related to your topic. This will create a base of income each month and help you to really make money with your online blog at a higher level.
Nothing I’ve wrote about is difficult. In fact, it’s surprisingly simple. However, what I can’t help you with is developing the passion to start a blog and the desire to follow through when results are weak. However, if you do the simple things each day then you too can make money with your online blog just like many men and women before you. Good luck!
